– Senior Engineer (RCC)

Experience: 7–8 Years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)

Reporting To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities The Senior Engineer (RCC) is responsible for end-to-end execution of RCC structural works in high-rise residential projects, ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and timely completion.

Core Responsibilities (Summary)

- Lead execution of RCC works using conventional and Aluminium Formwork (Aluform) systems .
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly construction activities to meet project targets.
- Supervise shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, de-shuttering, and finishing works as per drawings.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and approved construction methods .
- Review and coordinate structural drawings, BBS, pour plans, and method statements .
- Manage Aluform cycle planning, alignment, installation, and productivity optimization .
- Implement QC checks for reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, curing,



and finishing.
- Coordinate with consultants, MEP teams, subcontractors, QA/QC, and procurement teams.
- Track and control labour productivity, cycle time, material usage, and progress vs. plan .
- Prepare site documentation including DPRs, inspection reports, pour records, and material tracking .
- Resolve site execution issues and ensure smooth workflow with minimal delays.
- Guide and supervise junior engineers and supervisors for effective site execution.
- Ensure proper coordination for material planning, procurement, and inventory control .
