REQUIREMENT FOR KUBERNETES / DEVOPS ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based container platforms for enterprise applications.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Implement GitOps-based deployment and release management using Argo CD.
- Manage Kubernetes application deployments using Helm charts .
- Automate infrastructure, deployment, and operational processes using Python, Bash, or Go .
- Support and manage AWS cloud environments and cloud-native application deployments.
- Implement scalable, secure, and highly available Kubernetes environments.
- Develop reusable CI/CD workflows and deployment automation.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application delivery and deployment processes.
- Implement Developer Enablement practices, tooling, and self-service capabilities to improve developer productivity.
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes, CI/CD, application deployment, and infrastructure issues.
- Establish best practices for GitOps, continuous delivery, automation, and release management.
- Monitor and optimize application deployments and Kubernetes workloads.




- Work closely with developers, platform teams, SREs, and other stakeholders to improve engineering efficiency.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment standards, and operational procedures.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes and DevOps/Platform Engineering .
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Strong knowledge of GitOps and Argo CD .
- Hands-on experience with Helm for Kubernetes application packaging and deployment.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services and infrastructure .
- Strong scripting/programming skills using Python, Bash, or Go .
- Experience implementing automation and deployment solutions.
- Understanding of Developer Enablement and developer productivity platforms .
- Solid troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- AWS certifications.
- Kubernetes certification such as CKA/CKAD .
- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
- Prometheus and Grafana.
- Advanced GitOps implementation.
- Experience building internal developer platforms and self-service tools.




- Experience with cloud-native architecture and microservices.
