Hexaware is looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer - Microsoft Copilot Studio to build and deliver enterprise-grade AI agents leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services.

- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search
- Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG
- REST APIs, Custom Connectors
- Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 Integrations
- AI Governance, Responsible AI, Security & Compliance

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent AI agents using Copilot Studio.
- Configure topics, actions, entities, variables, conversation flows, and knowledge sources.
- Implement generative orchestration, knowledge grounding, and enterprise integrations.
- Integrate with Azure services, APIs, Power Automate,



Dataverse, and business applications.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions with appropriate governance and guardrails.
- Perform agent evaluation, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 6-12 years of software development/Power Platform experience.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio implementations.
- Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI certifications are an added advantage.
