Job Profile - Senior Designer

Were looking for a passionate, hands-on Designer who can take ownership of projects, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Own projects end-to-end — from concept to execution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers.
- Be confident in handling clients and taking responsibility for project deliverables.
- Manage 2–3 projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Translate ideas and briefs into thoughtful, strong design solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to drive projects forward.




- Work comfortably under tight timelines, urgent requirements, and pressure.

Preferred candidate profile

What we’re looking for

Any Graduate with Auto cad certification.

Someone with 3–6 years of experience, strong design sensibility, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for the work.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, take Initiative, solves problems, and gets things done.
