Qualification Criteria- BE /B. Tech (Mechanical /Automotive

CAD and PLM skills: Catia V5, UG NX; Teamcenter

Mandatory Skills –

Catia V5, UG NX, Team center

Ability to Design the BIW components considering the packaging area, which includes selection of Material /Material grade, Material Properties; Thickness.

Experience working with all the stages of Product Development Lifecycle – Concept TO manufacturing

Experience with Supplier interaction for part development.

Experience in Part testing (Both DV & PV testing experience is preferred)

Design for Manufacturability and Assembly knowledge.

Sheetmetal Design experience.

Experience in applying tolerance and GD&T;

Requirement 2 – Exteriors Design& development Engineer (6-9 Years exp.)

Location – Chennai
