Misha Capital is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Debt Syndication Associate to join our Debt Advisory & Structured Finance team .

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in debt syndication, debt advisory, corporate finance, structured finance, financial analysis, credit assessment, and transaction execution . The candidate should be capable of independently managing debt mandates, developing lender relationships, and driving transactions from origination to closure.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end debt syndication and fundraising mandates for corporate clients.

• Structure and execute term loans, working capital facilities, structured debt, project finance, acquisition finance, refinancing, and other debt solutions .

• Analyse client financials, including Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow, debt profile, leverage, DSCR, and repayment capacity .

• Prepare and review financial models, credit appraisal notes, Information Memorandums (IMs), lender presentations, teasers, and detailed funding proposals .

- Identify suitable lenders based on transaction size, structure, credit profile, security and funding requirements.

• Build, manage and strengthen relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Private Credit Funds, Institutional Lenders and other financial institutions .

• Lead discussions and negotiations with lenders regarding interest rates, tenure, security, collateral, covenants, repayment structures and other commercial terms .

- Coordinate with clients, promoters, CFOs, lenders, investors, legal advisors and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Manage due diligence,



credit evaluation, documentation, sanction conditions and disbursement processes .

- Monitor multiple live mandates and ensure timely execution and closure of transactions.

• Identify new funding opportunities through market intelligence, industry research, client relationships and professional networks .

• Support business development by developing relationships with corporates, promoters, CFOs, CAs, consultants and financial intermediaries .

- Mentor junior team members and review transaction proposals, financial analysis and lender submissions.

? Eligibility & Qualifications

• Qualified CA / Semi-Qualified CA preferred.

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CFA / PGDM Finance candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Debt Syndication, Debt Advisory, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Banking, Credit or Structured Finance.

• Solid understanding of debt products, credit assessment, financial structuring, lending structures and capital raising .

• Proven experience in handling debt transactions from origination to sanction and disbursement .

• Existing relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Private Credit Funds and Financial Institutions will be highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet analysis, cash-flow assessment, leverage, DSCR and credit ratios .

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong network among lenders and financial institutions.
- Detail-oriented, commercially aware and execution-driven.
- Ability to independently manage multiple transactions and work with senior corporate clients, promoters and lenders.
- Strong ownership and accountability for transaction closure.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced Debt Advisory / Investment Banking environment.
