What you'll do:
- Support parents and teachers over chat, email, and calls
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution
- Schedule and manage student classes
- Be the relationship expert who keeps customers happy and coming back
What we're looking for:
- Prior customer service experience
- Solid English communication
- Bachelor's degree
- Available to work from office (in-person role)
Two shift options available: Day Shift (1 PM–10 PM) and US Shift (10 PM–7 AM, one weekday off).
