Senior Counsel Healthcare Technology (Offshore)

The Senior Counsel will be a key member of the Healthcare and Operations legal team, responsible for providing legal support for healthcare technology solutions, pharmaceutical real-world evidence (RWE) and data businesses, and other technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise corporate teams and partner practices on technology, privacy and data security matters.
- Review, draft, negotiate and close healthcare-related vendor agreements, technology contracts, pharmaceutical transactions, and RWE/data agreements.
- Provide legal support for technology matters related to current practices, M&A; and integrations.
- Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright.
- Manage outside counsel tasks and projects.
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal and commercial advice to stakeholders.
- Apply sound legal judgment to maximize business opportunities, minimize risk, and support long-term partnerships.
- Manage assigned legal projects through completion.
- Work closely with internal teams including Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Compliance,



Integrations and Business Development.

Required Experience & Expertise:

- Strong experience in healthcare technology or technology industry commercial and transactional matters.
- Proven experience negotiating technology-related contracts with suppliers and customers.
- Knowledge of EHR regulations, HIPAA, healthcare anti-kickback, self-referral, fraud and abuse laws.
- Experience with biopharmaceutical industry matters and commercial transactions.
- Ability to independently draft and close commercial agreements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making and project-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualification & Experience: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, membership in a state or DC bar, and 7–10+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Work Schedule: Minimum 8 hours, Monday–Friday, aligned with typical USA working hours (EST/CST/PST).
