Role Description The Senior Content Editor is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the editorial process and ensuring high-quality content across digital channels. This role oversees content planning, editing, and publication, maintaining brand voice and consistency while aligning content with marketing and growth objectives. Daily tasks include reviewing and editing web articles, landing pages, blog posts, and marketing copy; guiding writers with clear feedback; and optimizing content for SEO and user experience.

Editor collaborates with marketing, design, and web development teams to support campaigns, refine messaging,



and improve content performance based on analytics. The role also involves establishing editorial standards, managing content workflows, and mentoring junior content team members.

Qualifications

- Strong Content Management skills, including overseeing content calendars, workflows, and publishing processes.
- Demonstrated Editorial expertise, with experience setting style guidelines, reviewing copy, and ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing, with the ability to adapt tone and format for different digital platforms.
- Solid Research skills to gather insights, verify information, and support data-driven, authoritative content.
- Excellent command of English, including grammar, structure, and clarity in written communication.
- Experience with SEO best practices, content optimization, and using analytics to inform editorial decisions.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines reliably.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead content/editorial role within digital marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
