About R.K. Engineers

R.K. Engineers is an established construction company with extensive experience in executing civil construction and infrastructure projects for reputed clients.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Senior Site Engineer to join our team and take responsibility for the execution and management of construction projects across North India.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, quality standards and project timelines.
- Plan and monitor daily and weekly construction activities.
- Manage and coordinate supervisors, contractors, subcontractors and labour teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure proper execution of all civil works.
- Check site measurements, quantities, material consumption and work progress.
- Coordinate with the billing team for measurements, RA bills, reconciliation and certification.
- Plan material, manpower and machinery requirements to ensure uninterrupted work.
- Monitor material utilization and minimize wastage.
- Identify technical and execution-related issues and provide practical site solutions.
- Prepare and maintain DPRs, site records, measurements, inspection reports and other project documentation.
- Monitor project progress against the planned schedule and immediately highlight delays or site hindrances.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, mechanical and other agencies wherever required.
- Maintain site discipline and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Report regularly to senior management regarding progress, quality,



manpower, materials and site requirements.
- Take complete ownership of assigned site/project execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 7–12+ years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Strong practical knowledge of RCC, foundations, earthwork, flooring, roads, drainage and building construction.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings, BOQs and specifications.
- Good understanding of construction quantities and site measurements.
- Experience in handling labour, subcontractors and multiple site activities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and construction documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage a project site and take responsibility for execution.
- Experience in petrol pump, commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.

Compensation

35,000 – 50,000 per month

Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, technical knowledge, project exposure and ability to independently manage site operations.
