Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will lead the planning, design, and execution of civil works for waste-to-energy facilities, ensuring structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, overseeing stormwater and drainage systems design, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and conducting site assessments and inspections.

The role involves managing contractors, monitoring construction quality and safety, and resolving technical issues during project implementation.

The Senior Civil

Engineer will also support project scheduling, cost control, and documentation,



while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with proven experience in infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess knowledge and practical experience in Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related environmental compliance.
- Candidates should be qualified Civil Engineers with a recognized degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Relevant experience in waste-to-energy, renewable energy, or industrial plant projects is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent) and familiarity with Indian building codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors.
