Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise floor staff.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain floor presentation, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Monitor stock and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business targets.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Requirements:
- Positive leadership
- communication and problem-solving skills with relevant supervisory experience
- Must be proficient in Kannada And Malayalam.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
