Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Puducherry. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and managing a pipeline of prospects, and driving lead generation initiatives in alignment with Digicherry’s AI-powered marketing solutions.

The Senior Business Development

Executive will conduct market research, qualify leads, deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and growth strategies for potential clients. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating with account management and marketing teams, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new accounts. The role also requires tracking performance metrics, reporting on business development activities, and contributing to long-term revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of identifying opportunities and closing deals.




- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle client portfolios, maintain long-term relationships, and support upselling and cross-selling.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, advertising, or technology services sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Ability to work with data-driven insights, use CRM tools, and manage structured sales processes and pipelines.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities, with comfort in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized sales training is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Puducherry and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, strategy, and delivery.
