We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in KYC and Financial Crime Compliance within the Banking and Financial Services industry.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in KYC (Know Your Customer)
- Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
- Sanctions Screening
- Financial Crime / FinCrime Compliance
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain
- Business process analysis and requirement gathering
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data analysis using SQL and Excel

Key Responsibilities

- Gather,



analyze, and document business and compliance requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with business, technology, and compliance stakeholders.
- Support solution implementation and project delivery.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel.
- Manage project deliverables and support/mentor team members.
- Work in an Agile delivery setting .

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with UK Banking clients
- Experience in ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
