Senior Brand Manager Allergen Immunotherapy & Commercial Excellence , based at Gurugram for German MNC.

The Senior Brand Manager / Associate Marketing Manager will lead the strategic and operational management of German MNC for India's allergen immunotherapy portfolio.

The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, product adoption, market expansion, and customer engagement while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

Brand Strategy & Portfolio Management

- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
- Drive portfolio strategy and lifecycle management.
- Develop long-term brand vision and growth strategy.

• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives. • Monitor product performance and recommend strategic interventions. • Manage the annual brand budget and ensure optimal resource allocation. Product Launch Excellence
- Lead launch planning for recent products and indications.

• Develop launch readiness plans across functions.
- Coordinate launch activities with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Global teams.
- Monitor launch KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure timely availability of promotional materials and launch tools.

Marketing Campaign Management

- Develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Prepare annual promotional calendars.
- Develop promotional materials and digital content.
- Coordinate creative development with agencies.
- Ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance of promotional materials.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Customer & KOL Engagement

- Develop engagement strategies for:
- Allergists & Immunologists
- ENT specialists
- Pulmonologists
- Paediatricians
- Support KOL development initiatives with Medical Affairs.




- Participate in scientific meetings and customer interactions.
- Capture customer insights and market feedback.

Sales Force Effectiveness

- Develop sales force promotional materials.
- Prepare visual aids, leave-behinds, product monographs, FAQs, objection handlers, and sales tools.
- Conduct product training for the sales team.
- Support sales meetings and cycle meetings.
- Monitor field feedback and continuously improve marketing support. Medical & Regulatory Collaboration
- Work closely with Medical Affairs to ensure scientific accuracy.
- Coordinate medical review of promotional materials.
- Support Regulatory Affairs in artwork approval and product labeling.
- Ensure compliance with UCPMP, CDSCO, and company promotional guidelineBuild KOL network and referral ecosystem.

Digital Marketing

- Support digital marketing strategy.
- Coordinate website content updates.
- Develop webinars and digital educational initiatives.
- Support CRM and multichannel marketing programs.
- Evaluate digital campaign performance.

Conferences & Events

- Plan and execute:
- National conferences &Regional; conferences & CMEs & Workshops • Advisory Boards • Product launch meetings • Coordinate promotional activities during conferences. • Evaluate post-event effectiveness.

Commercial Planning & Forecasting

- Prepare annual sales forecasts.
- Coordinate demand forecasting with Supply Chain.
- Monitor inventory and product availability.
- Support pricing strategy and commercial planning.
- Optimize promotional investments.

Experience • 5-8 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience. • Minimum 3 years in brand management.
- Launch experience preferred.
- Experience managing specialty or chronic therapy brands preferred.
- Experience in Allergy, Respiratory, Immunology, Vaccines, Biologics, Specialty Pharma, or Rare Diseases will be an advantage.
