Candidate experienced in Gold loan NBFC may apply

- Responsible for achieving branch targets for Gold Loan disbursement, portfolio growth, renewals, interest collection and profitability.

- Generate new Gold Loan business through customer acquisition, field visits, local marketing, referrals and effective utilization of the existing customer base.

- Ensure proper gold appraisal, valuation, KYC, credit assessment, documentation and loan processing strictly as per company policies and applicable RBI guidelines.

- Drive timely interest collection, overdue recovery and loan regularization, while maintaining portfolio quality and minimizing delinquency and NPA.

- Ensure protected and proper custody, handling, reconciliation and release of pledged gold, with strict adherence to security and operational procedures.

- Manage branch cash, customer records,



loan documents and daily transactions, ensuring accuracy, internal controls and prevention of operational or financial irregularities.

- Lead, motivate and monitor branch staff to achieve individual and branch targets while maintaining high standards of customer service, discipline and productivity.

- Monitor overall branch performance, audit/compliance requirements and market opportunities, submit regular MIS to the reporting authority and take corrective actions to achieve sustainable business growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
