:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity estimation, measurement, and cost-related activities for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and payment certifications.

- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost estimates.

- Verify site measurements and ensure billing is as per approved drawings, BOQ, and work executed.

- Coordinate with site, planning, procurement, and accounts teams for timely billing and payments.

- Monitor variations, extra items, deductions, and deviations in project work.

- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, reconciliation statements, and MIS reports.

- Review subcontractor bills and ensure proper documentation and supporting measurements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction/real estate billing.

- Solid knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, rate analysis, RA Bills, and subcontractor billing.

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of billing/ERP software will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
