Primary Responsibilities:

- Deliver telephonic and virtual counselling sessions, offering immediate, solution-focused support to a diverse client base
- Conduct risk assessments and intervene appropriately based on client needs
- Monitor client progress, adapt treatment plans, and provide consistent support and motivation
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in accordance with clinical policies
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals using solid verbal and written communication skills
- Participate in mandatory training modules and ongoing professional development
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Stay informed on regulatory and legislative updates relevant to the role
- Actively contribute to team meetings and collaborative initiatives
- Demonstrate initiative by taking on additional responsibilities as needed
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts,



policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work workplace, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

- Demonstrated solid clinical judgment and a deep understanding of confidentiality and ethical responsibilities
- Demonstrated excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated high levels of cultural competence, professionalism, and emotional resilience
- Demonstrated effective time management and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to self-care and maintaining personal well-being in a demanding role
- Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in clinical or counselling psychology
- 3+ years of experience in counselling or therapy
- Experience in telephone/video counselling
- Background in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
- Multilingual abilities
