Role Description The Senior Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. We are seeking a highly skilled lawyer having work experience with technology, intellectual property, licensing, cyber-security and data protection issues. Preference will be given to candidates advising on legal considerations arising out of supply or development of AI and robotics solutions and products.

Qualifications

- LL.B. from a recognized university; LL.M. or specialized certifications in AI, robotics, data privacy laws, and cyber security are an advantage.
- Prior experience (typically 5–8 years) at a law firm or in-house role.




- Must hold a current license to practice law in the Republic of India.
- Strong expertise in corporate and commercial laws, intellectual property, and data privacy laws.
- Well-honed advisory, negotiation and drafting skills.
- Advanced legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary matters.
- A high degree of business acumen and a strategic approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain legal issues clearly to diverse stakeholders and clients.
- Proven ability to mentor and supervise junior lawyers, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and work effectively in a collaborative team workplace.
- High professional ethics, attention to detail, and commitment to client service and continuous learning.
