We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing end-to-end AP processes, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain General Ledger (GL) activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Ensure timely and accurate Accounts Payable (AP)



processing, including invoice verification, posting, and payments
- Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor and manage expense accruals, provisions, and prepaid schedules
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support audit processes (internal & external) with required documentation
- Prepare and review MIS reports and financial statements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations
- Maintain accurate records in accounting systems.
- Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in GL & AP functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in General Ledger and Accounts Payable functions
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in month-end close and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP is a plus)
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience & Education CA Inter / Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance or Accounting

4+ years of relevant experience in GL and AP roles.
