Roles ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

- Conduct As-Is process assessments across R2R and O2C mapping current workflows, controls, SLAs, pain points, and FTE effort.

- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) capturing client needs, process gaps, and solution requirements.

- Design and build AI pipelines leveraging GenAI/ML/RPA/Agentic AI tech stacks to automate manual, high-effort activities (reconciliations, journal postings, cash application, collections, dispute management, reporting, etc.).

- Identify and evaluate the right AI/automation tech stack (e.g., Xelix, HighRadius, BlackLine, or similar) suited to client requirements.

- Craft the To-Be process design reimagined, AI-first workflows with explicit governance, control points, and measurable KPIs (TAT, accuracy, productivity).

- Own end-to-end solutioning from opportunity identification to implementation roadmap and business case (cost-benefit, ROI).

- Act as the primary client-facing consultant, running workshops, presenting findings, and building trusted advisor relationships with finance stakeholders.





- Drive digital transformation initiatives, working cross-functionally with technology, delivery, and client teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption.

- Track post-implementation performance and identify scaling/expansion opportunities across other LOBs/geographies.

Required Skills Experience

- 510+ years in FA operations/consulting, with hands-on expertise in R2R and O2C processes.

- Proven experience conducting process assessments and writing BRDs/FRDs.

- Working knowledge of AI/GenAI/RPA/Agentic automation platforms in finance operations.

- Strong process design, business case, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

- Prior experience driving finance digital transformation programs preferred.

- Consulting background (Big 4, BPO/BPM, or FA shared services transformation) is a plus.
