At SmartVizX , we believe great spaces are created where design excellence meets disciplined execution . We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our growing Design & Build (D&B;) team and lead architectural design, coordination and execution across high-value projects.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Lead architectural design development from concept to execution
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, design and project teams
- Review drawings, details, BOQs and specifications
- Ensure design intent is effectively translated into site execution
- Drive design coordination with MEP, structural and other stakeholders
- Support material selections, mock-ups and design approvals
- Conduct site reviews and ensure quality and design compliance




- Identify design challenges and provide practical, execution-oriented solutions

What we’re looking for:

• 5

- years of experience in architecture, preferably in interior fit-outs / Design & Build

• Robust knowledge of architectural detailing and construction
- Experience handling commercial, corporate, residential or large-scale interior projects
- Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work closely with project and execution teams
