Role Description The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end design and delivery of architectural and interior projects, working on-site in Lucknow in a full time capacity.

Responsibilities include developing concepts, preparing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior teams, and ensuring designs comply with local regulations and standards. The role involves managing project timelines, overseeing site execution, reviewing construction quality, and resolving design and coordination issues.

The Senior

Architect will guide junior team members, participate in client meetings and presentations, and collaborate with contractors and vendors to maintain design intent and budget control. Day-to-day tasks also include documentation,



design revisions based on feedback, and regular reporting on project progress to firm leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and construction detailing.
- Experience with Integration and coordination across disciplines (structural, MEP, interior) to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Proven Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Software Development principles as applied to design tools, workflows, or design automation is a plus (e.g., scripting, BIM customization).
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D rendering software).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale architectural or interior design projects, ideally in an urban context.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and safe design practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
