Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept and design development through working drawings and execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage clients, consultants, and junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design projects from concept to execution.
- Develop concept designs, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings and construction details.
- Coordinate with clients, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and local requirements.
- Manage project timelines, drawing submissions, and design revisions.
- Review work prepared by junior architects and draftsmen.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.




- Coordinate with consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist management in design decisions, presentations, and project planning.

Requirements

- B.Arch or Diploma in architecture from a recognized institution.
- 6+ years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural/design software.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3D Max, Photoshop or similar software will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good leadership and project management abilities.
- Ability to independently handle projects and manage a team.

Preferred Experience

- Architecture and design consultancy experience.
- Residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
- Experience handling projects from concept design to working drawings and site execution

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
