? Location: Hyderabad, Telengana

? Work Mode: On-site

? Key Requirements:

✔ 6 - 12 Years of Architectural Experience

✔ B.Arch Degree (Mandatory)

✔ Expertise in Residential & Commercial Projects

✔ Strong Knowledge of Local Building Codes & Approvals

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or Similar Tools

✔ Experience in Design Coordination with Structural, MEP & Interior Teams

✔ Strong Client Management & Team Leadership Skills

? Preferred Experience:

✔ Villas & Independent Homes

✔ End-to-End Project Execution

✔ Construction Documentation & Site Coordination
