Job Title: IT Support Executive Location: Hyderabad Department: Group IT On-Premises Network Management Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for end-users across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications. Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Entra ID Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Handle user onboarding/offboarding, mailbox management, license assignment, and distribution groups Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 service-related issues Support network connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Coordinate with vendors and escalate issues when required Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices Networking Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online,



Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID) Basic knowledge of networking, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN technologies. Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Valuable troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Knowledge of Azure Administration, Intune, and endpoint management is an added advantage Operating Systems & Tools Windows OS and Mac administration knowledge. Microsoft Cloud Technologies IT Service Desk/Ticketing Systems Qualification & Experience: Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field Relevant certifications preferred: Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102, AZ-900) are preferred MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 Years of Experience supporting hybrid environments (On-Premises AD and Microsoft 365) Hands-on expertise in supporting and troubleshooting end-user devices and peripherals
