Position Summary The Placement Officer will play a key role in strengthening industry partnerships and facilitating campus recruitment opportunities for students from the Schools of Engineering, Design, and Law. The incumbent will be responsible for corporate outreach, employer engagement, placement coordination, internship facilitation, and student employability initiatives to achieve placement targets and enhance the University's industry presence.



Key Responsibilities Corporate Relations & Business Development Establish and maintain relationships with leading companies, law firms, consulting organizations, engineering firms, technology companies, design studios, and startups. Identify and onboard new recruiters for campus placements and internships. Conduct regular corporate visits and networking activities to promote Presidency University talent. Build strategic partnerships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and professional bodies. Campus Placements Plan, coordinate, and execute placement drives for Engineering, Design, and Law students. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, assessments, pre-placement talks, and offer management.
