The ideal candidate will have strong experience in NRI/HNI sales, international real estate markets, overseas channel partner networks, investor engagement, and international sales events . The candidate should be well-connected, target-oriented, and capable of developing new markets and converting high-value investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities Drive NRI sales, revenue, and business development across international markets. Develop and execute strategies to penetrate recent NRI markets. Build and manage a strong network of international Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and investors .



Leverage existing NRI/HNI relationships to generate qualified sales opportunities. Plan and execute overseas roadshows, exhibitions, investor meets, and sales events . Develop and execute NRI-focused digital lead-generation campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure. Build long-term relationships with NRI investors, HNIs, channel partners, and referral networks. Generate repeat and referral business. Monitor sales pipeline, lead sources, conversion ratios, and revenue. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Travel internationally for investor meetings, business development, roadshows, and events. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
