Key Responsibilities Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and networking. Connect with HR Heads, TA Managers and Hiring Managers. Pitch recruitment, staffing and HR solutions to prospective clients. Understand client requirements and generate business opportunities. Conduct follow-ups, client meetings and maintain the sales pipeline. Coordinate with the recruitment team for smooth execution of requirements. Work towards monthly business development targets. Who We’re Looking For Freshers only with a robust interest in Business Development/Sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable with calling and client interaction. Proactive, target-oriented and eager to learn. Good relationship-building and follow-up skills. Graduate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
