We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Franchise Manager to drive franchise acquisition and business expansion across Hyderabad and surrounding markets. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop potential franchise partners/investors for Makoons Play School. Generate leads through market research, networking, references, digital platforms and other business-development channels. Manage the complete franchise acquisition cycle from lead generation to conversion and onboarding. Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners. Understand the investor's requirements and present suitable Makoons franchise opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets .



Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and prospective investors. Conduct market visits and identify suitable locations for recent Makoons centres. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, commercial discussions, site evaluation and franchise onboarding. Track leads, follow-ups, negotiations and conversions through proper MIS/CRM reporting. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities. Support franchise partners during the initial setup and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth centre launch. Develop a strong franchise network across Hyderabad and nearby markets. Candidate Requirements Experience: 4–8 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Franchise Development, Business Development, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Real Estate Sales or a similar target-driven role. Strong experience in franchise acquisition and lead conversion
