Senior SAP FICO Specialist We're looking for a Senior SAP FICO Specialist to join a quick-growing Financial Systems team, driving SAP finance transformation across S/4HANA. You'll design solutions for recent initiatives, optimize existing SAP finance functionality, and partner with business and IT teams to translate finance processes into scalable SAP solutions. What you'll do Own end-to-end design and delivery of FICO solutions — from planning and configuration to testing, go-live, and hypercare Develop solution design documents, functional specs, and configuration rationale Partner with business owners and digital teams to identify improvement opportunities and propose solution designs Support integration of SAP FI with legacy systems and external interfaces Train key users and provide day-to-day support and incident resolution Contribute to improving project delivery and development methodologies What you bring Core FICO (must-have) Deep hands-on experience with SAP Finance core setup: Enterprise Structure, Global Organisation, Chart of Accounts, Controlling Area,
