We are seeking a senior strategic consultant/advisor/ Senior Strategic Fundraising & Grants Consultant who can help us build and execute a structured funding strategy, who shall work closely with the promoters of two DPIIT-registered, bootstrapped startups operating at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Life Sciences, Drug Discovery and EdTech.

Ideal Consultant Profile:

We are specifically looking for someone who has:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in startup fundraising, grants, investments, or strategic advisory

• A demonstrated and verifiable track record of successfully helping startups raise capital or secure grants

• Solid understanding of the Indian startup funding ecosystem





• Experience with Government of India / State Government startup and innovation grants will be highly preferred

• Strong network among Angel Investors, VCs, Family Offices, Corporates and Grant-making institutions

• Experience in DeepTech, AI, Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences, Biotech or EdTech would be a significant advantage

• Ability to develop the fundraising strategy, identify the right funding opportunities, prepare the company for investor discussions and actively facilitate introductions

Strong understanding of startup valuation, investment structures, term sheets and fundraising processes
