? We’re Hiring | Senior AI/ML Engineer – GenAI & Agentic AI

At I11Labs , we’re building the next generation of intelligent, production-grade AI solutions—and we’re looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our AI Platform team in Bangalore.

If you’ve moved beyond GenAI demos and are passionate about building real-world AI agents that are reliable, scalable, observable, and production-ready , this could be a great chance for you.

? What You’ll Work On

- Build LLM-based AI agents and agentic workflows
- Design multi-step agent workflows using LangChain & LangGraph
- Integrate Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other frontier LLMs
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines
- Work with vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate or FAISS
- Build AI services using Python & FastAPI
- Implement LLM evaluation, observability and tracing using Langfuse or similar tools
- Work on guardrails, confidence scoring, fallback mechanisms and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Deploy scalable AI services using Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD

? What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of overall software engineering experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade LLM/GenAI applications
- Strong experience with Python




- Hands-on experience with LangChain & LangGraph
- Strong understanding of AI Agents / Agentic AI
- Experience with RAG and vector databases
- Experience integrating LLM APIs such as Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.
- Experience with FastAPI
- Understanding of LLM evaluation, observability and production AI systems
- Exposure to MCP, A2A, AutoGen, CrewAI, Google ADK or Semantic Kernel is a plus
