Role : Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist (Agentic AI)

Location : Chennai – 5 days WFO

Preferred Experience

Total Years of Exp:

8+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or Software Engineering.

Relevant Domain Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.

2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Agentic AI solutions.

Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI platforms.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist with 8+ years of experience in building enterprise-scale AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in designing and implementing Agentic AI systems , multi-agent architectures, LLM orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven automation solutions.

This role requires a mix of Data Science, AI Engineering, MLOps, Cloud Engineering,



and Software Development skills to develop next-generation autonomous AI platforms that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using autonomous and multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Agent Framework, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build intelligent AI agents and copilots with reasoning, planning, memory management, tool integration, workflow automation, and decision-making capabilities.
- Develop enterprise-scale Generative AI applications including virtual assistants, business agents, customer service automation, and decision intelligence platforms.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures , semantic search solutions, and knowledge retrieval systems leveraging vector databases like Azure AI Search and Milvus.
- Fine-tune, optimize, and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) through prompt engineering, prompt tuning, model evaluation, and performance benchmarking.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions using advanced machine learning, statistical modeling, recommendation systems, and forecasting techniques.
- Build and deploy ML/AI models using Python-based frameworks including Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Engineer scalable AI platforms and APIs through microservices architecture, FastAPI, REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
- Create reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and enterprise AI services to drive standardization, scalability,



and innovation across business functions.
- Establish AI governance, observability, monitoring, and Responsible AI frameworks with model performance tracking, safety controls, and guardrails.
- Leverage cloud-native AI services with expertise in Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, and exposure to AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and Google Vertex AI.
- Demonstrate strong software engineering and data skills , including Python (mandatory), SQL, API integration, cloud deployment, and enterprise application development.

Required Qualification:

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic foundation in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or related technical domains.
- Relevant certifications in Cloud, AI, Data Science, or Generative AI technologies are a plus.
- Demonstrated understanding of software development, machine learning concepts, and modern AI architectures.
- Continuous learning mindset with a passion for emerging AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies.
