Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, NLP, Python, and cloud-based AI services.

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable AI applications, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, and building production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Develop and implement LLM-based applications using models such as GPT, Llama, Claude, or similar.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Work with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
- Develop AI agents and agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, embeddings, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.
- Develop APIs and AI services using Python and FastAPI/Flask.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
- Work with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
- Implement appropriate monitoring, evaluation, security, and performance optimization for AI applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI models and applications for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
- Stay updated with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP, and AI engineering.





Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or AI Engineering.
- Solid proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture and implementation.
- Experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Experience developing AI applications using REST APIs / FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and model evaluation.
- Experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / Azure ML or other major cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, CI/CD, and production deployment.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI systems.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning / LoRA / PEFT.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native deployment.
- Experience with AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
- Microsoft AI-102 certification or equivalent AI/ML certification.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale AI/GenAI projects.

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
