This role is ideal for an engineer who thinks beyond models and algorithms — someone who understands users and business needs, takes ownership, and enjoys building AI capabilities that create measurable impact.

You’ll work closely with product, design, engineering, and leadership teams to bring AI from concept to production while contributing to our broader AI innovation and thought leadership initiatives.

What You’ll Do

- Lead AI development: Own the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of AI-powered solutions.
- Integrate AI into products: Embed machine learning, automation, generative AI, and intelligent workflows into real-world applications.
- Design scalable architectures: Build secure, reliable, high-performance AI and software systems that can scale with the business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
- Build end-to-end features: Take ownership from concept and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and launch.
- Write production-quality code: Build clean, maintainable, efficient, and reliable code and AI pipelines.
- Mentor engineers: Support and mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize models and systems:



Continuously improve model quality, latency, scalability, cost efficiency, and overall system performance.
- Contribute to technical strategy: Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and long-term AI engineering strategy.
- Solve production challenges: Diagnose and resolve AI, data, and system issues quickly while maintaining reliability and security.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software products.
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, including areas such as machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and scalable system design .
- Experience building SaaS products, mobile backends, AI-powered applications, or high-scale systems .
- Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and AI deployment practices .
- Experience taking AI/ML solutions from experimentation and prototyping into production environments .
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and security .
- Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and collaborating effectively in a fast-moving environment.




- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
