About Sky BlackBoxSky BlackBox is an Australian cybersecurity startup developing a global cybersecurity platform, with AI and intelligent automation playing an important role in our products and future roadmap.

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer based in India to develop, implement and improve AI capabilities across the Sky BlackBox platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement AI-powered features across our SaaS platform.
- Build solutions using technologies such as LLMs, NLP, RAG, embeddings and semantic search.
- Integrate AI models and services with applications, APIs and backend systems.
- Evaluate available AI technologies and recommend suitable approaches for different use cases.
- Improve AI accuracy, reliability, security and performance.
- Work closely with developers, DevOps, Product Owners, product designers and other team members.
- Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our AI capabilities.

Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with AI/ML technologies.
- Good Python development skills.
- Practical experience with LLMs, Generative AI and/or NLP.
- Familiarity with technologies such as RAG, embeddings, semantic search and vector databases.
- Experience integrating AI services or APIs into applications.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as Hugging Face,



LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or similar.
- Experience developing practical AI solutions beyond research or academic projects.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate and recommend suitable AI technologies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Software Engineering or a related field is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will be equally considered.

Preferred Skills
- Azure AI or Azure OpenAI experience.
- AI agents or agentic AI experience.
- SaaS product development experience.
- Cybersecurity, risk, compliance or other security-sensitive industry experience.
