About the Role

DUCAT is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor to join our team at Noida Extension. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in counselling students for technical and IT courses, understanding their career goals, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding technical/IT courses and career opportunities.
- Handle leads and enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational background, career objectives, and course requirements.
- Recommend suitable technical courses based on the candidate's profile and career goals.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, placement assistance, and career prospects.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong admission pipeline.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions in CRM/MIS.
- Handle objections related to fees, course selection, duration, and career outcomes professionally.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.




- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the counselling and admission process.
- Stay updated about current IT/technical courses, technologies, certifications, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Educational Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in technical/IT courses is mandatory or highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in counselling for courses such as Java, Python, Data Science, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, AWS/Azure, DevOps, Cyber Security, Full Stack Development, SAP, etc. will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving admission/sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the education and training industry.
- Ability to confidently communicate with students, parents, and working professionals.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
