Golecha Realty Corporation LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting, taxation, project financials, cash flow, vendor payments, inventory and statutory compliance for our Real Estate & Construction business.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and review accounting entries, ledgers and financial records.
- Manage project-wise accounting, expenses, costing and budget tracking.
- Prepare project cost reports and Budget vs. Actual expenditure reports.
- Monitor project expenses and identify cost overruns.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow statements and fund requirements.
- Handle vendor accounts, purchase accounting and vendor payment processing.
- Maintain control over purchases, vendor outstanding and payment schedules.
- Obtain and review stores and inventory reports from project/site teams.
- Monitor material purchases and services process to keep adequate checks.
- Coordinate with banks and bankers for banking, loan and other financial requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Handle and coordinate RERA compliance and project-related financial requirements.
- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
- Monitor receivables, collections,



payables and outstanding balances.
- Handle monthly salary working and payroll processing.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, RERA consultants and other professionals.
- Ensure proper documentation and internal financial controls.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Support management in financial planning, cost control and decision-making.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Strong experience in Project Accounting and Construction Accounting.
- Knowledge of RERA compliance.
- Good understanding of Project Costing, Budgeting and Cash Flow Management.
- Strong MS Excel skills and MIS reporting.
- Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP software.
- Valuable knowledge of bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Strong vendor and payment management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience in handling team – Team management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure companies and practical exposure to project accounting, RERA, costing, cash flow and vendor management will be preferred.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
