We are looking for a Senior Accountant – R2R (Record to Report) to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in General Ledger and R2R processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to support process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute day-to-day R2R activities including Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations, Intercompany Accounting, Consolidation, Month-End Close and Fixed Assets.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities as per defined SLAs.

- Support process simplification, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Train team members on accounting processes and domain requirements.

- Maintain process documentation, updates and version control.

- Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.

- Identify and resolve process-related issues.

- Follow documented procedures and client-specific processes.





- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.

- CA/CPA/Qualified Accountant or Intermediate Accountant preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of F&A; experience, including 1–2 years of General Ledger/R2R experience.

- Good understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Experience in process improvement/transformation is preferred.

- Valuable team-handling and interpersonal skills.

Technical Requirements

- SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA

- Coupa

- Strong MS Excel skills preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
