Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide and support students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, career options, and training programs

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and walk-ins

- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses

- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments

- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems

- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth onboarding

- Achieve monthly admission targets

- Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions when required





Required Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Convincing and negotiation abilities

- Basic knowledge of educational courses (IT/software training preferred)

- Ability to work with targets and deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or relevant field is a plus)

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Pay: ₹10,321.62 - ₹24,407.93 per month
