We are seeking a Semiconductor Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a freelance chance to develop and validate high-quality Question–Solution–Answer (QSA) datasets for evaluating and improving AI systems.
The role involves creating technically accurate questions and solutions related to semiconductor devices, IC design, chip architecture, fabrication, process technology, and semiconductor engineering .
Key Responsibilities:
- Create questions based on semiconductor diagrams, device structures, circuit schematics, process flows, and technical documentation .
- Analyze device structures, semiconductor processes, circuit behavior, specifications, and technical parameters .
- Develop detailed, step-by-step technical solutions and validate calculations, equations, assumptions, and final answers .
- Review QSA content for technical accuracy, errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities .
- Apply semiconductor engineering principles to practical and research-oriented problems.

Required Qualifications:
- M.Tech / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Microelectronics, VLSI, or a related field.
- Interested in freelancing work.
- Strong semiconductor engineering fundamentals and mathematical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret semiconductor diagrams, circuit schematics, process flows, and technical documentation .
- Strong analytical, technical writing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in IC design, semiconductor development, research, or technical content creation is preferred.
