Responsible for monitoring and controlling site activities to prevent theft, pilferage, fraud,

unauthorized material movement, contractor irregularities, and security/process violations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular and surprise inspections of the project site.
- Monitor material inward/outward movement, gate passes, vehicles, stores, and scrap.
- Prevent and identify material theft, pilferage, and unauthorized removal.
- Monitor contractor/sub-contractor activities and manpower deployment.
- Conduct random checks of stores, equipment, fuel, scrap, and project assets.
- Monitor CCTV, security deployment, access control, and site entry/exit.
- Identify SOP/process violations and report deviations to the Project Head.
- Investigate suspected theft, fraud, misconduct, and irregularities.
- Maintain daily vigilance reports and submit monthly observations to management.
- Coordinate with Project, Stores,



Security, Purchase, Commercial, and other site teams.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented and repeated violations are highlighted.

Preferred Background

Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Security, Vigilance, Internal
