Job Purpose To ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, company assets, premises, and operations by implementing effective security procedures, monitoring access and activities, responding to incidents, and maintaining a protected and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control access and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.

- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the premises, buildings, parking areas, and restricted locations.

- Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems and report suspicious activities.

- Maintain security registers, visitor records, vehicle logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and access-control requirements.

- Verify employee and visitor identification and issue/monitor visitor passes as required.

- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, damage, loss, or misuse of company property.

- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, accidents, fire alarms, and other unusual situations.

- Coordinate with the Fire & Safety team, Administration, HR, and other departments during emergencies.

- Ensure contract security personnel follow assigned duties, post instructions,



grooming standards, and disciplinary requirements.

- Brief and guide security guards regarding daily assignments, emergency procedures, and special instructions.

- Monitor attendance, deployment, and performance of security personnel where applicable.

- Ensure proper functioning of security equipment, access-control systems, communication devices, barriers, and other security infrastructure.

Qualification

- Graduate degree preferred.

- Previous experience in educational institutions is preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
