About Oraton

Oraton is an AI-powered communication coach helping professionals improve their communication, executive presence, and confidence through realistic AI conversations and personalized feedback.

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who can own and grow Oraton’s organic presence across search engines and AI-driven search experiences.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Oraton’s SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and qualified leads.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO opportunity research .
- Optimize website pages, content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
- Develop and execute a content strategy focused on high-intent and high-growth keywords.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and work with the product/development team to implement fixes.
- Build strategies for backlinks, domain authority, and organic visibility .
- Track and adapt to changes in Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other AI search platforms .
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog , etc. to identify opportunities and measure performance.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience .




- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, keyword research, and link building .
- Proven experience growing organic traffic and rankings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities and turn them into an execution plan.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4 .
- Strong understanding of search intent and content strategy .

Good to Have
- ASO (App Store Optimization) experience — particularly Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
- Paid marketing experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Experience with AI/LLM SEO, GEO, or AI search optimization .
- Experience working with SaaS, consumer apps, edtech, or AI products .
