Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Manager to lead multiple SEO projects in a rapid-paced digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and strategic SEO knowledge, excellent team-handling skills, and the ability to manage priorities and resolve challenging situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute SEO strategies for multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 SEO professionals, ensuring productivity and timely delivery.
- Develop SEO strategies covering On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, Local SEO & Content.
- Monitor project performance, identify issues, and take quick corrective actions.
- Handle client escalations and firefighting situations with a solution-oriented approach.
- Track SEO KPIs, prepare performance reports,



and ensure achievement of project goals.
- Coordinate with Content, Social Media, Development, and other internal teams.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- 4–5+ years of relevant SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and a team of 15–20 members.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage urgent situations.
