Skills Required

- Strong experience in building and maintaining highly scalable systems

- 4+ years of hands-on development experience in Core Java and Spring

- Solid understanding of distributed programming concepts and ability to evaluate architecture trade-offs

- Strong knowledge of messaging platforms (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)

- Excellent problem-solving and data structures knowledge

- Advanced Java concurrency skills (optimistic vs. pessimistic locking, trade-offs, etc.)

- Solid command over JDBC and relational databases

- Hands-on experience with Java performance tuning, garbage collectors, and profilers

- Strong understanding of design patterns

- Experience with distributed design principles

- Believer in TDD (Test Driven Development)

- Self-driven, detail-oriented,



and responsible

- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to guide technical discussions

- Team player and mentor to junior developers

Roles & Responsibilities

- Work closely with Tech Leads and Product teams

- Participate in and conduct design and code reviews

- Mentor junior team members and support informed decision-making

- Engage in architectural discussions to align designs with business goals

- Contribute to re-architecture initiatives to support system scalability

- Take ownership of complex modules and drive them to completion with stakeholders
