- Manage sales activities for the company's product portfolio within the assigned region.n




- Develop and carry out regional sales plans that support company policies and business goals.n
- Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.n
- Identify recent business opportunities and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts.n
- Appoint new distributors and support their development within the assigned region.n
- Provide product guidance, sales support, and coaching to distributors to improve their performance.n
- Monitor distributor sales, market coverage, inventory, and customer activity.n
- Work closely with internal departments to support customers and improve sales results.n
- Act as the main link between the head office and field teams to ensure clear and timely communication.n
