Employment Type: Full-time | On-site The School Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of the school, ensuring smooth functioning of the campus and adherence to organisational standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily school operations, administration, and campus functioning.
- Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure smooth execution of school processes.
- Address and resolve parent concerns, operational issues, and stakeholder escalations in a timely manner.
- Support teacher recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff engagement.
- Monitor student enrolment processes and maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders.
- Ensure campus infrastructure, hygiene, security,



and safety standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor compliance with organisational policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
- Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions to improve the overall school experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Management, Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in school administration, operations, or educational management, preferably in a K–12 setting.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with technology and basic office applications.
- Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced school environment.
