? ? Role: Saviynt UAR Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Saviynt UAR Engineer with strong hands-on experience in User Access Reviews (UAR), Access Certification, and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) . The ideal candidate should have experience configuring, managing, troubleshooting, and supporting Saviynt UAR processes in an enterprise IAM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and manage User Access Review (UAR) and access certification campaigns in Saviynt.
- Configure review types, reviewer assignments, campaign schedules, escalations, and approval workflows.
- Support periodic and event-based access review campaigns.
- Troubleshoot UAR campaigns, review tasks, workflows, notifications, and certification issues.
- Configure access review policies based on business and compliance requirements.
- Support application onboarding, entitlement management, and access governance activities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Saviynt jobs, workflows, analytics, and integrations.
- Investigate and resolve UAR-related incidents and production issues.
- Work with application owners, business users, and stakeholders to resolve access review issues.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to access certification.




- Perform root-cause analysis and implement solutions for recurring issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in IAM/IGA , with strong hands-on experience in Saviynt .
- Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt UAR / User Access Reviews .
- Good understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
- Experience with access certification, entitlement management, and access governance.
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt workflows, jobs, analytics, and configurations .
- Experience troubleshooting UAR campaigns and production issues.
- Good understanding of application onboarding and identity/access lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and Saviynt integrations will be an added advantage.
- Experience with complex UAR campaign configurations and customization.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Saviynt certification will be an added advantage.
